I hadn't realised how much of a difference 25 pounds made until I took that picture.. I'm quite impressed... (even tho' I do say so myself to quote my late mother).. and you can hardly tell that I'm in constant, crippling pain eh?..

As Billy Crystal used to say on "Saturday Night Live" doing his Fernando Lamas impersonation, "It's not how you feel, it's how you look, and you look MAH-velous!! I get that all the time when I go to new doctor's offices. After seeing the chart, they're shocked when they meet me!! Ha!!
